Using liquid or solid epoxy macromolecule polymer with multipolar group as the bottom layer greatly increases the bonding force of the coating to the substrate.

Meanwhile, using solid epoxy macromolecule polymer with heat, acid and alkali resistance as the surface layer, a composite coating structure of “bottom liquid-surface powder” or “bottom powder-surface powder” is formed, which creatively solves the problem of poor adhesion of high glass transition temperature polymer coating to steel substrate, thereby improving the resistance of polymer coating to H2S, CO2, CL – under high temperature and high pressure, while at the surface layer Super-abrasive materials and anti-wax and scale-resisting materials are added to the material to greatly improve the wear resistance and anti-wax and scale inhibition properties of the coating.
