(2).Hardness test
Practice Rockwell hardness test on work pieces, which were processed by quenching, carburization and carbonitriding.Practice Rockwell hardness test on work pieces, which were processed by surface chrome-plated and sprayed. Practice Brinell hardness test on work pieces, which were processed by compensation, normalization, annealing and other nonferrous metal. Practice small load Vickers hardness test on work pieces, which were processed by nitridation and accurate grinding after chrome-plating.
Practice micro hardness test on work pieces with thin surface and high hardness, which were processed by electroless plating and boronisation.(3)Metallographic test:
Analysis of general microstructure and microstructure of stainless steel;
