Bahrain is the first place to find oil fields in the Middle East.
At present, most oil Wells use pumping units to extract crude oil, with the output around 100-500bPD.
The well was shallow, at about 2,000 ft (610 m), and the temperature ranged from 120 to 150℉ (48 to 60 ℉).Bahrain’s oil fields are rich in corrosive materials.
The average content of H2S is 500 ppm while CO2 is 5% in TATWEER. The corrosion and wear of tubing has become A difficult problem for TATWEER.
After testing, Sanjack’s Polycore Tubing was proved totally fulfill TATWEER’s producing requirements.
Up to now, Sanjack has provided a total of 3,000 tons of tubing for Bahrain’s oil fields, effectively solving the problem of oil well corrosion.
